Brussels Airport Explosions Recap:
2 bombs exploded in the departure area in the general vicinity of American Airlines check-in desk
Multiple dead & injured (RT reports 17, many others report 10 or 11)
Gun shots and Arabic shouting reported by eyewitnesses, prior to explosions
Terror level is now 4 (out of max of 4)
Reports of metro station bombings are surfacing

All major public transit in Brussels is now closed.

- Telenet has opened its hotspots for everybody to use, and that officials have asked to keep Belgian telephone lines
- They are asking for type O negative blood from people who have donated blood before. Type 0 is universal donor.

- As traffice is restricted, people are carpooling using the hashtag #jeveuxaider
- Red Cross is providing shelter in Wetstraat
- Use landlines when possible, mobile networks are overloaded
